Effective September 2026 · Applies to the Texas Process Server 8-hour Certification Course (JBCC Program No. PSC20260305) and any other Encore Legal Academy program unless that program states its own terms.
A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase if you have not attempted the end-of-course assessment. Once the end-of-course assessment has been attempted, or a certificate of completion has been issued, the enrollment is non-refundable. Completing modules or module quizzes does not by itself make the enrollment non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the request. Request a refund by emailing shane@encorelegalprocess.com from the email address on your account with the words "refund request" in the subject line.
Enrollment includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Access that lapses because the course was not completed within that period is not refundable. Encore Legal Academy may, at its discretion, extend access on request.
A duplicate purchase of the same course by the same learner is refunded in full on request.
Seats purchased under an agency or group agreement follow the terms of that agreement. Where the agreement is silent, the terms above apply per seat.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer; most concerns can be resolved directly. An enrollment subject to a chargeback is suspended until the dispute is resolved.
